The ultratek is widely used to produce condenser and heat exchanger by chemical industry due to it’s high characteristic of resisting corrosion, heat and oxidation, of which Inconel 600 is the representative.

 

From August 2002 to February 2003. Shanghai Best-Alloy Co., Ltd. produced 7 tons of ERNiCr-3 welding rod, 8.5 tons of EQNiCr-3 welding strip and 10 tons of welding fluid, for a local 134a project, through a international bidding. And also produce 250 tons of Inconel 600 alloy heat exchanger tubes for one time, such big quantity is the first time in China.

 

In March, 2005, Shanghai Best-Alloy Co., Ltd. manufactured 1.5 tons of ERNiCr-3 welding wire, 2.2 tons of EQNiCr-3 welded strip, 2 tons of welding fluid and 2 tons of ENiCrFe-3 welding rod for certain chemical industry second project, through international bidding. And exploit to produce 9.6 tons of Inconel 600 steel belt(0.15*115) for the first time.             

 

From October, 2005 to January, 2006, Shanghai Best-Alloy Co., Ltd. Had produced 3.5 tons of ERNiCr-3 welding wire, 24.8 tons of EQNiCr-3 welding strip, 7.5 tons of ENiCrFe-3 welding rod and 24.8 tons of welding fluid for a local environmental protection project again, at the same time produced 19.2 tons of Inconel 600 steel strip.

 

By years of using above materials by users, it’s approved that ultrated welding material produced by Shanghai Best-Alloy Co., Ltd. quite match the standard of ASME (2001) AFA-5.11 and ASME (2001) AFA-5.14, and also have the ability of to mass manufacture.
